Bollywood's veteran actors Padmini Kolhapure, Zarina Wahab and Rati Agnihotri will be honoured here Saturday for their "active roles" in the film world.
The actresses will be recognised for highlighting the strengths of women, an organiser of the event told IANS.
Other than the trio, among other actors who would be felicitated are Nimmi, Anita Raj and Rameshwari.
They will be presented with an award at an event, organised by Friends India, a social organisation. The organisers said these actors had not only taken on the male-dominated film world in the 1980s, but they had also created a special place for themselves.
