A rape convict in Pakistan, along with another prisoner convicted for a robbery, will be hanged on Tuesday morning in Multan central jail.
Preparations have been completed for the execution of Zafar Iqbal who murdered a girl after raping her in Lodharwa area in Punjab province, Duniya TV reported.
The other convict, Waqar Nazir, killed a man in 1996 in a robbery bid in Gulzaib colony of the province.
Both the criminals have been transferred to the death cell, said a jail source.
According to sources, the last meeting of the criminals with their families would be organised later on Monday.
