Pakistan is slated to host the 13th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) in March, the media said.
The ECO held its last summit in 2012 at Baku, Azerbaijan. The upcoming summit will take place on March 1, Samaa TV reported.
The ECO, a political and economic inter-governmental organisation, was jointly founded in 1985 by Pakistan, Iran and Turkey.
It provides a stage to discuss ways to promote trade and investment.
The other member states of ECO are Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
