Paraguay international Juan Iturbe is set to join Mexican football club Tijuana Xolos from Roma, according to widespread media reports.
The Liga MX club has agreed to initially sign Iturbe on loan with the option of a permanent move next July, Xinhua news agency quoted the TyCSports portal as reporting on Saturday.
Iturbe arrived at Roma from Hellas Verona in 2014 but managed just 44 games for the Italian Serie A outfit before being loaned out to Bournemouth and Torino.
The 24-year-old, who was born in Argentina, has been capped six times for Paraguay's national team.
Tijuana are currently last in the 18-team Liga MX standings with a draw and three losses from their first four matches of the season.
