The PDP-BJP government in Jammu and Kashmir knows how to blame others but cannot run an administration, Congress Rajya Sabha MP from Goa, Shantaram Naik, said on Monday.
Asked if Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti should be held responsible for the spate of violence in her state following the killing of terrorist Burhan Wani, Naik said: "I will not say that, but they know how to blame others. They cannot, however, run an administration. This is what it is".
He said the violence which has resulted in over 20 deaths was ironic considering that Mehbooba Mufti is considered "soft" towards terrorists.
"How can this happen when Mehbooba Mufti whom we consider soft towards terrorists (is at the helm)? The Congress is not in government; the National Conference is also not there. How and why is it happening even then," Naik said.
