Singer Perrie Edwards says she doesn't exercise much and prefers to relax during her time off.
"I don't really exercise. When we get time off, I like to relax, but I do love squats, abs and arm exercises," Edwards told Dare magazine, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Asked about her gym routine, Little Mix bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock added: "I try to train three to four times a week depending on my schedule. I train either early morning before work or when I have the odd days off. It's hard fitting it all in, but it's become part of my lifestyle."
When the girls are not busy touring or in the studios, they have different ways of enjoying a night off.
Edwards said: "During my time off, I love to get pampered. I also love to relax and watch TV. I'm all about the chilling."
Leigh-Anne added: "I love to party. I absolutely love getting my glad rags on and partying the night away with my girls.
