Delhi experienced a pleasant Friday with the maximum temperature recorded at 36.7 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average. The Met Department has forecast a clear and sunny Saturday.
"The sky will remain clear and the day will be warm," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum and the minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 38 degrees Celsius and 26 degrees Celsius, respectively.
The minimum temperature Friday was recorded at 25 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season's average.
Thursday's maximum temperature was recorded at 35.4 degrees Celsius, four notches below the season's average, while the minimum temperature settled at 23 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average.
