Prime Minister Mammohan Singh Saturday released "Headwaters", a new music album of popular sarod players Amaan Ali Khan and Ayaan Ali Khan.
According to a statement from the Information and Broadcasting Ministry, the prime minister released the album in the presence of sarod maestro Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, father of Amaan and Ayaan, at his official residence here.
Times Music has released the album. In 2010, Manmohan Singh released Ustad Amjad Ali Khan's album "Sarod Symphony" and another one, "We Believe in Now" by musician-singer Usha Uthup. In 2005, he also released an album of devotional songs by late singer Jagjit Singh.
