Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic has hailed teammate Paul Pogba saying he will become one of the best.
However, the Croatian stated that Pogba has to stay at Italian football champions Juventus to become a better player.
"I have seen many great midfielders in my career, but nobody can compare to Pogba in terms of age, quality and potential," Mandzukic was quoted as saying by football-italia.net on Sunday.
"He will become one of the best in the world, if not the best. I already told him, 'You have to stay in Turin for another couple of years to complete that step up in quality'."
The 29-year-old also said he is most friendly with Sami Khedira and Stephan Lichtsteiner as both speak German.
"I am also very close to Patrice Evra. He is the wise old sage of the group. I really like him as he is someone outside of the norm. You know you can always rely on him," added.
