Practo acquires Enlightiks analytics platform

Healthcare platform Practo on Friday announced the acquisition of analytics platform Enlightiks that offers business intelligence (BI) solutions to healthcare enterprises.

The acquisition strengthens Practo's portfolio in the healthcare enterprise segment and augments existing solutions that includes Qikwell and Insta.

"This is our fifth acquisition and third in the enterprise space. This brings Practo closer to its vision of simplifying healthcare by providing end to end solutions for the entire eco-system," said Shashank ND, Founder & CEO, Practo, in a statement.

Enlightiks' primary offering is called Querent, which is a business intelligence and predictive analytics platform, providing actionable insights using complex mathematical, statistical, computational and cognitive models, enabling top executives, optimise their business in real time.

"We chose Practo so that we can collaborate and work towards offering superior, comprehensive and integrated solutions for healthcare providers," added Vamsi Chandra Kasivajjala, Co-Founder and CEO at Enlightiks.
