Dutch football champions PSV Eindhoven on Thursday signed midfielder Bart Ramselaar from league rival FC Utrecht.
The 20-year-old signed a contract for five years and PSV will pay FC Utrecht around 4.7 million euros ($5.3 million), excluding bonuses, reports Xinhua.
Ramselaar debuted for FC Utrecht in March 2015 and has now played 41 matches in the Eredivisie, in which he scored six times.
The Dutch youth international received his first call-up for the national team in May this year, but he had to withdraw due to an injury.
PSV will probably not be finished yet on the transfer market, which runs until the end of August.
The Dutch top club needs a large squad in trying to prolong the Dutch league title and to get as far as possible in the European Champions League this season.
