More than 80 car and motorcycle racers from different states of the country competed at the first Taj Speed Sprint here in Shastripuram area, at the specially designed five-km track.
Motor Sports Club of Agra president Rajiv Gupta told IANS Monday: "In the Zip category, Delhi's Aman and Agra's Manish Nagrani were adjudged first, in Zap category Delhi's Pranav Gill, and in Zoom category Dehradun's Shardul Sharma was declared winner."
Senior Superintendent of Police Shalabh Mathur flagged off the rally Sunday.
Delhi's Sarika Sahravat Vohra said: "The experience (of the rally) was very good and also the track." Smaller cars found the track helpful due to sharp turns.
"Though Agra does not have its own Buddha International Circuit, whatever we had made for a thrilling event, full of excitement and adventurous skills deployed by the participants," Gupta said.
Meanwhile, a Skoda of Delhi racer was damaged as it hit a road divider.
