Delhi Police said on Thursday it was probing how self-styled godwoman Radhe Maa sat on the chair of a SHO in an east Delhi police station and added that the officer had been shunted out.
A separate investigation has also been ordered into a video clipping that shows several police officials in uniform singing along with the controversial godwoman who is seen dancing, a police officer added.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Nupur Prasad told IANS that an inquiry had been ordered into the "unprofessional conduct" of Station House Officer Sanjay Sharma of Vivek Vihar police station.
Prasad said the SHO had been told to report to the district Police Lines till the inquiry got over.
Prasad said the photograph of Radhe Maa, reportedly taken on September 28, also showed a police officer with folded hands standing next to her.
Later in the day, Delhi Police chief spokesperson Dependra Pathak said the "unprofessional conduct" of four to five police officials of another police station had also come to light.
He was referring to the video of the police officials singing alongside Radhe Maa.
The video was posted on October 3 on the official Facebook page of Radhe Maa, "Param Shradhey Shri Radhe Maa", which has more than 5 lakh followers.
Pathak said the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police at Shahdara will probe both the incidents.
