Reigning National champion Rajini Krishnan from Chennai will participate in the 2013-14 Qatar Super Bike championship commencing at the Losail circuit in Qatar Oct 4.
Rajini has received "full sponsorship" from Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation for the entire seven-round series that concludes May 30, 2014, according to a press release from his team, Moto-Rev India Racing.
Rajini's participation in the QSBK follows his performance in the 2013 Losail Asian Road Racing series (600cc) that saw him create history by winning the championship.
For the 2014 QSBK, Rajini would be riding a Suzuki GSX R1000 motorcycle and competing against experienced riders from across the world.
