Union Home Minster Rajnath Singh on Sunday greeted veteran Bharatiya Janata Party leader L.K. Advani on his birthday, wishing him good health and a long life.
"Greetings to our beloved leader Lal Krishna Advani on his 89th birthday today. May God bless him with good health and long life," Singh tweeted.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also called on Advani at his residence and wished him well on the occasion.
Advani was born on November 8, 1927.
