Music composer Ram Sampath will be addressing a session to answer all the queries around music at the second edition of Indian Music Week Focus Group Sessions here.

As part of the India Music Week Conference feature of Rock Street Journal's India Music Week Festival in collaboration with the Royal Norwegian embassy, a special session has been curated to address all queries one can have related to the music industry.

The session in Mumbai will be held on Saturday, Shillong on December 16, and Bengaluru on December 19.

Known for his cutting edge music and fresh approach to sound, Sampath, who is credited for his work in "Delhi Belly" and "Satyamev Jayate", will be part of the Mumbai session.

Anirban Chakraborty, director of Rock Street Journal, is glad that Sampath took out time from his schedule to join his endevour to enhance music knowledge in the society.

"Considering his busy schedule, Ram's gesture to agree for these sessions is overwhelming. Personally, I have always looked up to him and I know that this will be a rare opportunity for the participants to chat with the man himself," Chakraborty said in a statement.

The session will be geared towards creating a more intimate environment for aspirants in the music business ranging from musicians, writers, designers, filmmakers, promoters, photographers and booking agents by creating a direct chat with a panel of experts.
