Toronto Raptors hired Bill Bayno and Jesse Mermuys to join the coaching staff of the NBA team.

Bayno worked for the Minnesota Timberwolves in the past two seasons, after spending five years in Portland Trail Blazers. Mermuys was a member of Houston Rockets last year, reports Xinhua.

Raptors head coach Dwane Casey finished his previous two seasons in Toronto with a 57-91 record. The team boosted the playoff hopes after getting scorer Rudy Gay last season.
