One of the most famous soccer club in Spain and around the world, Real Madrid, has opened a soccer school here Monday.
The opening took place in accordance with the partner agreement signed earlier this spring between the ministry of youth and sports of Azerbaijan and the Real Madrid Foundation.
'Veten' soccer school will be the first project of the Spanish soccer powerhouse Real Madrid in post-Soviet space.
It is an opportunity offered by the Real Madrid Foundation for the children from poor families who wish to live the experience that represents the best club in the world.
The school is expected to benefit at least 100 children (50 boys and 50 girls) between the ages of 8 and 17 every year.
The goal of the soccer school is to engender good habits and a passion for sports among young people.
