Singer Rihanna's topless pictures have been banned from Instagram.com for breaching nudity rules.
The Umbrella hitmaker was snapped exposing her body for French men's magazine Lui, in which she is featured sunbathing on a patio chair while wearing nothing but a pair of pink bikini bottoms, reports contactmusic.com.
Rihanna shared the risque pictures on her Instagram account Tuesday but was later forced to remove them as they violate the company's rules on nudity.
Bosses at Instagram have since issued a warning to the singer, telling her she will be banned from the site if she shares saucy snaps again.
Rihanna poked fun at the ruling, posting a shot of herself dressed conservatively, which had been digitally manipulated to make her appear frumpy, adding: "Rih's (Rihanna's) next magazine cover if it was up to Instagram."
She has since shared the offending pictures on Twitter.com.
