Robbie William slams Liam Gallagher for infidelity

Singer Robbie Williams has hit out at Liam Gallagher for cheating on his wife Nicole Appleton to whom he was once engaged.

Appleton and Gallagher's marriage hit the rock bottom earlier this year when the news surfaced that the latter fathered a secret love child with US journalist Lisa Ghorbani.

Williams was engaged to Appleton in 1998.

"I have a very big soft spot for Nic because she's a very decent person," femalefirst.co.uk quoted him as saying.

"I feel sorry for her as she deserves to be in a good place, in a happy marriage, and I thought she was with Liam. But it would appear that they weren't. Nicole really doesn't deserve all that from Liam. I've very, very fond memories of her. She's a sweetie," he added.
