The sale of tickets has begun for the 18th Asian Games, a regional multi-sport event to be held later this year.
The tickets are being sold online with various prices hovering from 75,000 rupiah (some $52.029) to 7.5 million rupiah (abut $520.2 91), according to a report from Kompas media on Wednesday, reports Xinhua news agency.
The prices of tickets are set up based on the types of each event.
Host Indonesia is to compete in 40 sports during the world's second largest sporting event after the Olympics.
A total of about 11,000 athletes and officials from countries and regions around Asia will come to Indonesia to participate in the Games.
The 18th Asian Games are scheduled to be held in the Indonesian capital of Jakarta and in Palembang city, the provincial capital of South Sumatra province from August 18 to September 2.
