Indian celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor unveiled Sura Vie in Punjabi Bagh here. It serves North Indian, Chinese, Thai and Italian cuisine.
The launch took place Thursday and Kapoor is overjoyed.
"I am overjoyed to set up Sura Vie in West Delhi as I have spent my childhood days in this area and I wanted to open one of my restaurants here. I always wanted to tap this region of Delhi and I am extremely grateful to have finally one of the restaurants here," he said in a statement.
Sanjeev Kapoor Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. is headed by Rajeev Matta, who manages all of Kapoor's restaurant brands. The company already has opened 38 outlets. In the capital, they have a restaurant in Connaught Place.
