Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd posted net profit of Rs.40.48 crore for fourth quarter of 2014-15 as against net loss of Rs.35.82 crore in the period of 2013-14.
In a regulatory filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday, the Gurgaon-based energy major said sequentially, net profit zoomed by 2,368 percent from Rs.1.64 crore in Q3.
Total income from operations for quarter under review (Q4) grew 23 percent to Rs.321 crore from Rs.261 crore in same period year ago, but declined 32 percent sequentially from Rs.474.38 crore in third quarter.
For the fiscal, net loss reduced to Rs.28.54 crore from Rs.124.94 crore in 2013-14, while total income from operations grew 7.8 percent to Rs.1,310.31 crore from Rs.1,215.65 crore year ago.
