Sharif wants foolproof security for team in India

Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has directed Minister for Interior Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan to ensure foolproof security of Pakistan cricket team in India.

Nisar Ali briefed Sharif on matter pertaining to security of Pakistan cricket team during its visit to India to participate in T20 World Cup, Radio Pakistan reported.

Sharif directed that a team be sent to New Delhi to report on security measures in India to help take the final decision in this regard.

He also sought report from Pakistan Cricket Board on poor performance of the team in Asia Cup.
