Sitting MP from Sikkim, Prem Das Rai is leading from the lone Lok Sabha seat in the state.

Rai of the ruling Sikkim Democratic Front leads by 28,982 votes against Tek Nath Dhakal of the newly formed Sikkim Krantikari Morcha.
