Six bodies were recovered from two places in Jharkhand Tuesday, police said.
According to police, three beheaded bodies were found near Jambera jungle in the Seraikela-Kharsawan district, about 110 km from state capital Ranchi. The bodies were apparently of three youths missing since last Friday.
Police suspect the hand of Maoist guerrillas in the killings.
In another incident, three bodies including those of a woman and a child were found near Babuni jungle in Giridih district, about 160 km from Ranchi.
"It seems a family either committed suicide or they were killed," a police official told IANS over telephone.
