Smith congratulates India on Champions Trophy win

South Africa's Test team captain Graeme Smith congratulated India for winning the ICC Champions Trophy, saying India were the best team in the tourney.

"Best team in tournament congrats @msdhoni and India," tweeted Smith, after India beat England by five runs to win the final Champions Trophy here at Edgbaston Sunday.

India had set a target of 130 in 20 overs which the hosts failed to chase down, finishing 124/8 in the rain-marred match.

India were also the joint winners, with Sri Lanka, of the 2002 Champions Trophy.
