Congress President Sonia Gandhi Saturday expressed concern and anguish over the gruesome gang-rape of the 22-year-old photojournalist in Mumbai two days ago.
"It is a heinous crime...It should not have happened," Gandhi said, while interacting with reporters after the inauguration of the National Media Centre here.
