South Eastern Railway to run 65 pairs of summer specials

In order to clear the extra rush of passengers during the summer, the South Eastern Railway has decided to run 65 pairs of specials in different directions between April 1 and June 29.

Twenty six pairs will run as Superfast Jansadharan Special between Santragachi and Chennai Central, 13 pairs as Superfast Specials between Santragachi and New Jalpaiguri and 13 pairs each between Ranchi-Varanasi and Tata-Visakhapatnam.

Thirteen pairs of Santragachi-New Jalpaiguri Superfast Special will run between Santragachi and New Jalpaiguri on different nominated days during the period April 5 to June 28, the SER said in a release.
