Srinubabu Gedela, the CEO of Hyderabad-headquartered Omics & Pulsus, on Wednesday received the "Champions of Change" award from Vice President of India M. Venkaiah Naidu, at a ceremony held in New Delhi.
The award was given to Srinubabu Gedela for his relentless work and contribution in various social and healthcare services, his involvement in sharing healthcare and agricultural information to remotest corners of India in citizen-preferred Indian languages, and giving knowledge and information to every citizen of this country for free of cost, according to a statement released here.
He was one of the awardees under the programme for 115 aspirational districts of the country. The awardees were honoured for ushering in refreshing changes in their districts through their commitment, dedication, creative interventions and innovations.
