It was a sunny but nippy Tuesday with the maximum temperature recorded four notches below the season's average at 24.5 degrees Celsius.
The minimum temperature too slid four notches below average at 10 degrees Celsius.
The Met department has forecast a cloudy Wednesday.
"Wednesday morning is likely to be misty and the sky is expected to be cloudy," said a met official.
Wednesday's maximum and minimum temperature are likely to hover around 24 and 10 degrees Celsius, respectively.
