At 67, actress Susan Sarandon has taken up boxing and regularly practises it to maintain her slim figure.
"Someone gave me lessons as a gift, then I continued, and I like it. I like the gym. It's really fun with all the boxers, and it's fun to hit - it's a workout," people.com quoted Sarandon as saying.
She also revealed the secret to her youthful appearance.
"If you want to age gracefully, you don't smoke cigarettes and probably laugh a lot, get the normal amount of exercise, eat well and stay out of the sun," she said.
Meanwhile, the actress is set to welcome her first grandchild later this month when her daughter, Eva Amurri Martino, gives birth.
