Tamil lyricist Madhan Karky pens first Telugu song
Known for penning popular Tamil songs such as "Enamo Aedho", "Ladio" and "Mei Nigara", popular lyricist Madhan Karky on Friday said that he has written his first Telugu song for upcoming Mahesh Babu starrer "Spyder".
"Penned my first Telugu song for 'Spyder'. Big thanks to director A.R Murugadoss and Harris Jayaraj for trusting in me," Karky tweeted.
Directed by Murugadoss, "Spyder" marks his first time collaboration with Mahesh. It is slated to release on September 27.
The film is a bilingual, shot in Tamil and Telugu, and also stars Rakul Preet Singh, Bharath and SJ Suryah.
Harris Jayaraj has composed the music and the first single "Boom Boom", released last week, has been received very well.
