Actors Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron starrer "The Huntsman: Winter's War", a dark fantasy adventure film, will release in India on April 22.
Directed by Cedric Nicolas-Troyan, the film, which is a prequel to 2012 film "Snow White and the Huntsman", also stars Emily Blunt and Jessica Chastain.
Long before the evil Queen Ravenna (Theron) was thought vanquished by Snow White's blade, she watched silently as her sister, Freya (Blunt), suffered a heartbreaking betrayal and fled their kingdom.
As the two evil sisters prepare to conquer the land, two renegades - Eric, the Huntsman (Hemsworth) who previously aided Snow White in defeating Ravenna, and his forbidden lover Sara (Jessica Chastain) - set out to stop them.
The film will be released in India by Universal Pictures India.
