Lucknow, April 24 (IANS) Three teenagers were drowned Wednesday morning in a river while performing Navratra rituals in Sonbhadra district of Uttar Pradesh, police said.
The bodies of two of them have been fished out by the provincial armed constabulary (PAC) divers and local people. Sonbhadra is over 400 km from here.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Ram Bahadur Yadav told IANS that the victims have been identified as Abhay, his brother Brijendra and their friend Sonu Rawat.
