Tigress, two cubs found dead in MP national park

A tigress and her two cubs have been found dead under mysterious circumstances at the Pench National Park in Madhya Pradesh, an official said on Tuesday.

After a post-mortem examination of the three bodies, viscera samples have been sent to Rae Bareli in Uttar Pradesh and Sagar in Madhya Pradesh.

Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Wildlife) Ravi Shrivastava told IANS that the tigress was found dead on Monday night. The two cubs were found dead on Tuesday.

He said the cause of death would be known after receiving the report on the viscera samples.
