One Direction member Louis Tomlinson is planning to follow TV mogul Simon Cowell into the entertainment business.
The 23-year-old singer has set up a new company called 78 Productions Limited and has started following unsigned bands on Twitter, prompting speculation he is on the lookout for new talent, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"Louis spent a lot of time backstage at 'The X Factor' last year, partly so he could spend time with Simon and get to know how the industry works," The Sun newspaper quoted a source as saying.
Tomlinson, who stars in One Direction alongside bandmates Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik and Niall Horan, spotted the potential of fellow boyband 5 Seconds of Summer with Payne and invited them to support his band on tour.
