A 14-year-old boy cycling to school was crushed to death by a speeding tractor here Wednesday, police said.
Tractor driver Ranjeet, 35, was arrested on charges of killing Manish, a Class 7 student. The incident took place at Begumpur in west Delhi.
After being hit by the tractor, the victim came under its wheels, said a police official.
