Two people were injured when two groups clashed in Agra which prompted police reinforcements to control the situation, police said on Monday.
The incident took place in Tajganj at Karimnagar during an altercation.
The altercation started when some youth of a locality tried to prevent another young boy from going into their locality.
They charged that these youngsters eve tease women and girls of their area. Soon hundreds of people from both localities took to the streets and started pelting stones at each other.
Police rushed to the scene of the clash and the situation was brought under control.
While no report has been lodged by locals, police is likely to file an FIR against unknown persons alleging a conspiracy to disturb public peace.
