Udan-II: 90 air routes awarded
The central government on Wednesday awarded contracts to 15 companies to operate flight and chopper services on 90 routes, most of them either partially served or completely unused, under its air regional connectivity "Udan" scheme.
According to the Civil Aviation Ministry, 67 out of the 90 routes are for fixed-wing operations, while rest are for chopper services.
