Brazilian football club Flamengo's defender Samir will join Italian side Udinese in a four million euro deal.
The 21-year-old will travel to Italy this week to sign the paperwork following extended talks over the weekend, reports Xinhua.
"His transfer is official and he'll undergo a medical in the coming days," Flamengo's executive director Rodrigo Caetano told reporters on Sunday.
Samir is expected to be immediately loaned out to Spain's Granada due to the fact Udinese have already reached their limit of non-EU players in their squad.
Like Udinese, Granada are owned by Italian businessman Giampaolo Pozzo. Samir made 30 first-team appearances for Flamengo this year and scored one goal.
