Filmmaker Umesh Shukla will team up with noted Marathi writer-director-actor Girish Joshi to direct a comic thriller featuring Arshad Warsi in the lead.

It has been penned by Bhavesh Mandalia, who made people sit up and take notice of his writing skills in hit movie "OMG: Oh My God!", which was directed by Shukla.

"I'm very excited about the project. While I share a great comfort level with Bhavesh Mandalia, I look forward to working with Arshad Warsi, who in my opinion is extremely talented," Shukla said in an statement.

He will also produce the film. Reportedly Paresh Rawal has been approached for the yet-to-be-titled film.
