Vice President M. Hamid Ansari on Monday greeted the nation on the occasion of Dussehra, wishing everyone peace and harmony.
"I extend my warm greetings and good wishes to the people of our country on the auspicious occasion of Dussehra," said Ansari in his message.
"Celebrated with traditional fervour and zeal, Dussehra marks the victory of the forces of good over evil and fills people with the spirit of brotherhood and amity," he added.
"May this festival bring peace, harmony and prosperity to the nation."
