Warm weekend in Delhi, clear Monday in store

Clear skies and a bright sun made for a warm weekend in the capital, with the maximum temperature two notches above average at 36 degrees Celsius Sunday. The met department has forecast clear skies Monday.

The sky will be clear Monday, said an official of India Meteorological Department. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 36 and 26 degrees Celsius, respectively.

The minimum temperature Sunday was a notch above average at 25.2 degrees Celsius.
