Global software major Wipro on Friday announced it had won the Aegis Graham Bell award for developing a solution for the Internet of Things (IoT).
"The solution enables flexible adaptation of data streams from a wide range of end devices to IoT platforms and data stores," the IT bellwether said in a statement here.
The Aegis Graham Bell Award is the country's innovation award in the field of Telecom, Internet, Media and Entertainment (TIME) and Social, Mobility Analytics and Cloud (SMAC).
Minister of State Jitendra Singh presented the award to the outsourcing firm at a function in New Delhi recently.
