Abu Dhabi, Nov 27 (IANS/WAM) The world's biggest fish farm has been launched to produce luxury Siberian caviar and Sturgeon fish in Abu Dhabi.
The fish farm has been launched by Emirates Aquatic, a company which specialises in fish farming sector and production of the luxurious caviar luxurious, on an area of 56,000 square metres under the aegis of Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, chief of Abu Dhabi crown prince's court.
The company uses the latest technology and best operational practices in the world to provide fresh products throughout the year, reinforcing the status of Abu Dhabi and the UAE as the world's leader in the production of caviar and the adoption of the latest farming techniques of fish in the world.
