World-War II grenade found in Rome trash can

Rome, June 17 (IANS/AKI) A police bomb disposal squad was called to Rome's Balduina district on Friday when garbage collectors spotted a live World-War II hand-grenade in a dust bin.

Police rapidly sealed off the area around Balduina's piazza Ennio square where the Mk-10 grenade was found while it was being defused.
