Lending major Yes Bank on Tuesday appointed key managerial personnel including Raj Ahuja as Chief Financial Officer and Group CFO.
"Raj Ahuja will be responsible for overseeing the strategic financial management of the bank and its subsidiaries at the Group level," the company said in a statement.
"In this critical leadership role, he will be involved in driving financial performance and bringing further rigor to financial and investment decisions across the bank and its subsidiaries. Raj will report directly to Rana Kapoor, Managing Director and CEO, Yes Bank."
Besides, the firm appointed Subhash Chander Kalia as an additional (non executive non independent) director.
A separate statement issued by the company said Kalia has "significant expertise in agriculture lending, financial inclusion and priority sector lending". It said Kalia has over 38 years in the banking industry.
