Actor Zac Efron says he enjoyed playing a skinny person in the "We Are Your Friends" romantic comedy, in which he portrays a Disc Jockey (DJ).
For Efron, it was a pleasant change from constantly bulking up for roles.
"I guess to be more authentic, I had to straighten up.We were running a lot. Even in the movie we were doing running shots every day, so it just kind of happened naturally. But that was kind of fun.
"I'd never done that. Everyone seems to be bulking up... It was fun to go backwards and play a DJ. A sort of skinny, svelte guy. It was fun," BANG showbiz quoted Efron as saying, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
The "That Awkward Moment" actor will soon be back in the gym following the news that he will be featuring alongside Dwayne Johnson in the upcoming "Baywatch" movie.
