The Congress may be feeling a little vulnerable with Mamata Banerjee withdrawing support, but this is precisely the time for Manmohan Singh to strengthen his resolve to implement reforms. If we are to take the party at face value, it seems that it is in no mood to let its agenda be obstructed by the likes of Mulayam Singh Yadav or Mayawati.
